#TRPToppers: The Kapil Sharma Show gets KNOCKED OUT of the list and there is a huge SURPRISE!

The fiasco about 'The Kapil Sharma Show' went on to continue this week too as the saga about Sunil Grover, Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar not being a part of the show intensified.

We predicted about the negativity surrounding the show is going to severely affect the show's ratings and it has happened this week.

A show which maintained its presence in the list for several months now is knocked out this week with a huge drop in the ratings.

However, there is plenty to cheer about too. So, here we go-

While, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' lost viewership and a spot, things worked in the favour of Zee TV's 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs 2017' which makes a comeback to the list at the 10^th spot with 2.4 points.

The 9^th spot witnesses no change as 'Udaan' stays consistent with not only the spot but also the numbers as it fetched 2.5 points once again.

'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' has been keeping the light shining for Star Plus, where mega shows like 'Ishqbaaaz' and 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' continue to be out of the list. The show faces a slight drop in viewership with 2.5 points staying put at the 8^th spot.

Just like 'Udaan', 'Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii' continues to maintain its 7^th position for this week too with no change in the viewership managing 2.6 points.

This is a 'huge surprise'. We were talking about 'Ek Shringaar - Swabhimaan' which rises up to the 6^th spot and also acquires 2.7 points. The show continues to rise in popularity and acceptance which is a great omen for Colors channel.

It's a one spot jump for 'Shani' as the show is rock steady with 2.7 points from last week. The show has a huge feat to maintain its position next week as the show will be facing some real competition when it comes to twisting tracks of other shows.

This is another slight drop for Sab TV's 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' as it grabs 2.8 points maintaining the 4^th spot. For the show to sustain these numbers is going to be a task as it is still riding on the hullabaloo of the NEW Tapu's (Raj Anadkat) entry.

Consistency seems to be the only option for maximum shows this week, as Zee TV's 'Kumkum Bhagya' continues its affair with number '3'. How is that? The show is at 3^rd spot with 3.0 points just like last week.

Our prediction literally fell short of a single sub point as 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' fails to beat 'Naagin 2', but maintains the 2^nd spot this week too. The show fetched 3.3 points which is its best performance for a long time and just missed out with 0.1 points to beat 'Naagin 2.'

As you read above, Naagin 2's reign at the top spot continues and barely scrapes through to maintain that as it fetched 3.4 points.

This week was quite a roller coaster. While there were some surprises, the fate of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' changing drastically. We wonder with the absence of Sunil, Chandan and Ali continuing this week, how the show will manage to rejuvenate itself!
