Trailer: 'Paatal Lok' Is Dark & Gritty Narrating What Happens When 'Hell' Breaks Loose

Probably the biggest show to look forward to in the month of May, and of Amazon Prime Video's biggest offerings, Paatal Lok finally released the trailer at a smartly marketed 11:34 pm which in numerical if turned reads 'HELL.'

The show marks actor Anushka Sharma's debut in the digital world as a producer and indeed has an alluring cast to look forward to.

The trailer, clocking at a massive 3 minutes plus introduces the world to three worlds - Swarg Lok, Dharti Lok, and Paatal Lok. In a sentence probably, the plotline sounds simple just like its tagline that when the insects of paatal Lok (hell) bite the humans of Dharti Lok (earth), all 'hell' breaks loose.

With the likes of Jaideep Ahlawat, Neerah Kabi, Abhishek Banerjee and Gul Panag in the lead roles, the trailer has all the components of being one of the darkest, most complex, grittiest, violent and twisted tales in Indian storytelling to await.

Surrounding around four murderers (one of them being Banerjee), the in-charge investigating officer Ahlawat's character witnesses some rather unanticipated occurrences that shakes not only his professional but personal world too.
