Virat Kohli Shares His 'Most Chilled-Out' 36th Birthday with Anushka and Kids Vamika-Akaay

Virat Kohli recently shared how he celebrated his 36th birthday in a calm and relaxed manner with his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their two children, Vamika and Akaay. He called it his “most chilled-out birthday.” Celebrating on November 5, 2024, Virat said that it was a day spent in the company of his loved ones, keeping things simple and stress-free.

The couple, who recently returned to India, were spotted enjoying a cozy breakfast date at Benne Bombay, a popular South Indian restaurant in Mumbai. Later, they attended the birthday celebration of Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's daughter. Amidst these events, Virat also made an appearance at an HSBC event, where he spoke about both his personal life and career.

During an interaction with Gaurav Kapoor, Virat shared his thoughts on his birthday. Laughing, he said, “I don’t know about being wiser, but I am older for sure.” Reflecting on the celebrations, he said, “This was probably the most chilled-out birthday I have had through all these years. It was just Anushka and our two kids at home. It was very relaxed.”

Virat also mentioned how his daughter Vamika influenced the celebrations. He explained, “This birthday was basically for my daughter. Happens so when you have kids.” His deep connection with his daughter was evident when he spoke about her influence in his life.

In a previous chat with cricketer Robin Uthappa, Virat had spoken about his special bond with Vamika, saying, “You would be so rigid for so many other things, but when it comes to that little human, you are like ‘BAM’.” Robin humorously replied, “So we know that Vamika has got him around her little finger," to which Virat responded, “Always."
