The VERDICT of Shaleen Bhanot's domestic abuse case is OUT!

The actor was accused of dowry harassment, attempt to murder and domestic violence by ex-wife, Dalljiet Kaur..

Its been tumultuous times for actors Shaleen Bhanot and Dalljiet Kaur in the past few years. The couple got married in 2009 and were one of the most loved couples back then. However, situations changed when Dalljiet accused Shaleen of gritty charges and decided to move out of the house and call off her marriage.

Shaleen was accused of domestic violence, dowry harassment and even attempt to murder. The battle went on for a long time and now after several years of the case going on in the court, the verdict is OUT.

According to a report in a leading news daily, the verdict is that Shaleen is now free of all the charges put upon him and has been given a clean chit by the Bombay High Court. All the charges put on him have now been lifted.

The actor mentioned that he is finally relieved that the court has dropped all the charges and that he feels like a free man at last. He also mentioned that when Dalljiet accused him of domestic violence, it became difficult for him to even go out in public. He stopped going out and was the subject of several judgments.

He said that this clean chit is a message to all those who judged him before the verdict.

However, on a more emotional note, Shaleen said that it was very painful for him to watch his parents do the rounds of court in every 15 days. He felt that it was his responsibility to make sure that his parents stay out of all the mess and is happy that along with him, even his parents are free.

Shaleen also mentioned how his son Jaydon (eariler named Shaarav) , is his priority now. The actor also claimed that he would maintain cordial relations with Dalljiet as he wants a balanced childhood for his son. He feels that his son should get both his mother and father's love.

The actor has currently flown to Australia with his parents to visit his extended family over there.

We tried contacting Shaleen multiple times, however, he remained unavailable.

Those people who supporting shaleen saying women's will file false domestic violence case then tell me why a woman will spoil her own life by keeping false case on her husband if husband is good then no women will file a false case and one more thing proofs tell me will a husband beat,or ask dowry from wife in public then from where wife's gets proofs .AND IN INDIA MANY PEOPLE SAY LAW FAVOURS WOMEN'S BUT INDIAN LAW ONLY FAVOURS MEN'S YES A MAN CAN KEEP HIS PARENTS AT HIS HOUSE AND HIS PARENTS HAS RIGHT ON SON'S WIFE AND TORTURE HER AND ESCAPE IN THE NAME OF SENIOR CITIZENS BUT A WOMEN SHOULD NOT KEEP HER PARENTS WITH HER THOUGH SHE IS A WORKING WOMEN IF SO HUSBAND CAN GIVE DIVORCE TO WIFE WOW ... When it comes to this case,am gonna say that JUSTICE PREVAILS!! Everyone of dalljiet supporters bashed him very badly in comments,social media blah blah..And its ever since that I knew,Shaleen can never ever do like that n thank god he finally won the case...dalljiet never had any solid proofs against him but as she was a woman,people were sympathetic n supported her.,this thinking is complete bullshit...n I love Shaleen very much n wish him a very good luck!! N am unapologetic for what I said... So Shaleen bhaiya,we love u and yeah u hellish idiots who r disliking my comments...that won't change what I said...but it bursts me out into laughter u idiot,illiterate..illogical commenters,dislikeres n speakers!!! well we can't judge without knowing much it involved 2 ppl what happened is between them hope kid gets equal share of attention among these estranged couple he shouldn't suffer with these 2 ppl ego..

I do think Shaleen cheated on Daljeet, but I will not accuse him of domestic abuse until there are clear proofs that it happened. I know domestic abuse is common and rampant in India, but there have also been cases where men were accused unfairly. I don't know Shaleen or Daljeet. I don't know what happened in their personal lives. I can't judge them without seeing proof of what happened.

I only hope their son is not affected by all this. Both their first priority should be their child.

Are all the people blaming Indian Judicial System hundred percent sure and proofs laden that Shaleen was guilty? Had they got into Shaleen-Daljeet house when he became violent? Had they seen things happening in front of their eyes?? No na, then how can they be so sure about wrong verdict just coz they heard some masala news long time back??? Ridiculous. People without any credible sources to their belief are questioning the credibility of Indian Judiciary. Great!

WELLL WHAT CAN WE EXPECT ?? This is what happens in India when you have money and contacts.. I don't think Daljeet lied about him.. She caught him red handed while he was cheating her with other woman..

dont know why people are still accusing him. do they believe themself above laws and judiciary. do they believe themself god.

just think about it , when that news came every one bashed him even me without any proof, and when the proofs were provided all went against that woman. so why dont people bash her. oh sorry just because she is a woman , she has all right to get sympathy...hate these type of thinking.
i hate these type of women who false accuse their husband.

i can understand people believed easily on diljitt , without any proof just because she gave some common indian problems. but this is how woman abuses their husband too.
people are saying about money power like diljit is a poor begger ,no?
