Sumbul Touqeer fights Typhoid, remains committed to Kavya shoot

Sumbul Touqeer, who gained fame from Imlie, is currently winning hearts with her portrayal of Kavya in Sony TV's Kavya-Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon. Despite being down with typhoid, the actress continues to shoot for the show.

Sumbul, in a light-hearted video shared on her social media, is seen with an IV drip in her hand. She playfully bids typhoid to 'get lost' and assures her fans that she's on the road to recovery. Her message, 'Dear typhoid, get lost. Don't worry, guys, I am better now,' is a testament to her upbeat spirit.

Following her post, fans praised her dedication and commitment to continuing to work on Kavya despite her illness.

Sumbul is paired with Mishkat Varma in the show, and their on-screen chemistry has become a favourite among viewers. Recently, the duo was in the news for dating rumours. 

However, in an interview with the Times of India, Sumbul addressed these rumours, clarifying, "Fortunately, I have a great co-actor who is also a perfect friend. He reassures me not to get involved whenever I express my concerns to Mishkat, which is rare since I usually ignore these baseless rumours."

Also, Sumbul Touqeer recently made headlines when media reports alleged that she met with her Imlie co-star, Fahmaan Khan, at night. After the news went viral, Sumbul swiftly refuted the claims, calling them baseless.
