#Style Buzz: TV actors share their mantra to beat the heat in style!
It's going to be hot enough to melt a bushman's boots. But cranking up the air-conditioning is not the only way to stay cool!

As we edge our way closer towards the hot summer months, the risk of heat exhaustion and heat stroke increases.
However, for many of us, summer also brings the temptations of ice cream, overdoing the tan and forgetting the summer diet and exercise.
Usually when the weather gods decide to give us a roasting we all flee to the beach or the shops, where it's air-conditioned. Even work seems attractive!
But there are many ways to escape the blistering heat. Let's take a look at how our Telly stars plan to be cool in the heat!

I love wearing cotton tunics, dresses and kurtis. Cotton and linen are the best to wear in summers and I would not step out of my house without my sunscreen, perfume, lip balm and glares!
I prefer wearing cool casual pajamas clubbed with pastel t-shirts during summers. I make sure to consume sufficient water to keep myself hydrated and always carry a bottle of water, a sunscreen and my addiction - sunglasses with me.
I would suggest wearing light colored cotton full sleeved clothes to avoid getting tanned. Also never leave home without sunglasses. Personally speaking, I have a pair at every place I visit as a routine in case I forget carrying.
Wear what is comfortable is the only thing I suggest. Carrying a sunscreen is a must!
If u r too conscious about the tan then full sleeves t-shirts and linen pants are very comfortable. A bottle of water is a must to beat the scorching heat.
During summers, I prefer cotton over anything. I prioritize comfort over fashion and suggest the same to all. Basic sunscreen and glares is a good way to protect your skin.
Summers are damn hot! I suggest wearing loose fit cotton garments for office going people. A funky pair of sunglasses to compliment your wear and a bottle of water shall suffice.
Dark colors absorb more heat so keeping flaunting light colors which are vibrant too is what I prefer. Back in school, our parents made us wear caps with a bottle of water. I think that is the best way to protect yourself from a heat stroke. An SPF 30+ is what I never leave home without during summers.
3/4ths and linen shirts make one look trendy and smart. Rather than applying a lot of creams, I carry a small bottle of face wash with me to keep me refreshed!
White is the hottest summer color! Pair it with shorts or cotton pants and it can make a cool formal or casual wear. Sunscreen and sunglasses are something without which I never leave home.
Shades and water bottle are the elementary things to carry. Sporting cotton clothes makes me feel comfortable in my own skin.
It is very imp to wear minimal makeup during summer so even if one sweats he or she doesn't look greasy. Also, instead of tea, I would suggest people to switch to butter milk or lime juice!
Keep it simple. I make sure to drink a lot of water to keep myself hydrated and wear shorts and t-shirts.
I am a fashionista. I would suggest flaunting florescent colors which would make girls look chic like a one piece dresses or shorts with tops or tees. Apart from regular shades and sun cream lotions please make sure to drink a lot of water and juice. It is said 'You Are What You Eat' so eat healthy and look beautiful!
The best thing to wear would be a 3/4th and a loose tee and I would never leave my home without a sunscreen...
I opt for light linen and cotton wear and like flaunting footwear which is slightly loose (I buy a size bigger than my actual size) since feet tends to swell during summer. Pairing a scarf with casual wear is the new fad!
