Amid the re-release fervour of the film 'Tumbbad', producer and actor Sohum Shah today announce the sequel of the film as 'Tumbbad 2'.

As Tumbbad returns to theaters after a six-year hiatus, produced by Sohum Shah Films, the excitement surrounding the film has skyrocketed, fueled by the official announcement of its sequel, Tumbbad 2. The re-release has not only rekindled the magic of this fantasy folklore classic but has also set new benchmarks with its impressive first-day box office numbers. Audiences across the country have warmly embraced the film, driving its re-release to unprecedented success.
In fact, Tumbbad broke its original box office records and made history by becoming the first Indian film to surpass the opening day collections of iconic films like Sholay, Mughal-e-Azam, and Rockstar during its re-release.
