Singer SP Balasubrahmanyam Critical in Hospital

This year certainly seems to be only getting worse and worse when it comes to sad and bad news coming to foray. After news about multiple demises and a few others being admitted in the hospital or contracting dangerous diseases, here's another one from the industry that has shocked as much. Legendary singer and performer, SP Balasubramanyam is currently admitted in the hospital and , in fact, his health condition is currently worsened overnight where he is on life support. Currently under observations in the ICU, love; prayers and a lot of support has been in pouring in for the singer.

Music composers A.R. Rahman and Anirudh Ravichander along with actor Kichcha Sudeepa among many others took to Twitter to express their love and mentioned how they are praying for his speedy recovery.

Where Rahman wrote, “I request all the music fans to pray for this legend along with me ..#SPBalasubrahmanyam ..he has given us so much joy with his amazing voice!” Sudeep wrote, “Get well soon dear SPB sir.. praying for your speedy recovery!” Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep shared a photo of the singer and wrote, “Let's pray for this great Legend, SPB sir's speedy recovery.”

As one would remember, it was only over a week ago that SP took to Twitter to share a video saying that he tested positive for COVID-19. Now, we hope he does recover at the soonest.
