Shefali Shah adds another award to her cabinet; wins Best Actress at the Indo-German Film Week Awards

it is no secret that Shefali Shah is one of the most prolific and talented female actors in Bollywood who continues to make headlines with her acting projects and her outspoken demeanor. The past few years have been a sort of resurgence for the actor post starring in some of the most acclaimed and successful projects.

Apart from being appreciated for the same, Shah has also won numerous prestigious awards for her brilliant work. And now with Shah’s extraordinary performance in “Three of Us”, the film has further garnered accolades at the Indo-German Film Week Awards’ jury. 

Shah has been honoured with the prestigious Indo-German Film Week Awards for Best Actress in Three of Us. Her nuanced portrayal in the film made an impactful mark on the viewers. This well-deserved award is yet another testimony to her widely recognised talent.

The actress previously also won many prestigious awards for her performances which includes Filmfare for Critics Awards For Best Actress, Zee Cine Award for Best Actress, National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress, Stardust Award for Best Supporting Actress and Filmfare Award for Best Actor (Female) in Supporting Role.

Three of Us had Shah co-starring Jaideep Ahlawat and Swanand Kirkire was said to be a delicate thread of emotions about love, loss, healing, awareness and liberation. The film is currently available for streaming on MUBI.

While Shah had a fantastic year in the past twelve months, the actor is set and ready to reprise her roles in the second season of Human on Disney+ Hotstar and the third season of Delhi Crime.
