Shatrughan Sinha on supporting Sonakshi's decision to marry Zaheer: "She hasn't done anything against law"

In the video, Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha expressed their love and support for the newlyweds, with Shatrughan hailing them as an "absolutely made-for-each-other couple."

Shatrughan Sinha addressed the rumors directly, stating, "People may have tried to say whatsoever, but for us, the happiness of our children is paramount, especially that of our daughter. When we felt that she was happy and she would remain happy… After all, she hasn't done anything unconstitutional or against the law."

The veteran actor emphasized that as parents, their role is to support their children's decisions. He proudly shared how Sonakshi refers to him as the "pillar of my strength," underscoring his commitment to living up to that expectation. "So, I have been standing next to her like a pillar. In her decision and happiness was our happiness," he added.

He humorously noted, "A girl has to leave her house, but today, she might just go 10 km away. So in a way, it's a matter of home and staying in the house, but having that feeling is natural."
