Salman Khan's positive aura on sets: Nawazuddin Siddiqui praises filming expeience in Bajrangi Bhaijaan

In "Bajrangi Bhaijaan," director Kabir Khan assembled an outstanding cast that included Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Harshaali Malhotra. The film tells the heartwarming story of an Indian man who embarks on a mission to reunite a speech-impaired young girl with her family in Pakistan.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently opened up about his experience working alongside Salman Khan, highlighting the positive atmosphere on set. He recalled a particularly memorable scene where Salman had to carry him, emphasizing the challenges they faced.

In an interview with Zoom, Nawazuddin recounted the difficulty of the scene in "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" where Salman Khan carried him through tough terrain, dealing with exhaustion and a lack of oxygen. He fondly remembered how director Kabir Khan eventually had them take a break, which brought them much-needed relief and enjoyment.

The "Haddi" actor also praised Salman Khan's films for their enjoyable shooting environment. Nawazuddin appreciated the camaraderie and shared meals after shoots, noting the positive ambiance on set. He remarked, 

"Yeh shoot amazing tha actually, Bajrangi Bhaijaan ka. Salman bhai ke filmon ka mohol bahut accha hota hai. We sit together and eat post shoot. (The shoot of Bajrangi Bhaijaan was amazing. Salman Bhai's films are always fun.)"

Nawazuddin hinted at the potential for a sequel, 

"It could be Adventures of Bajrangi and Chand Nawab, so many ways of taking it forward lekin as of now at a script level hamare pass kuch nahi hai. (There are many ways to take it forward, but as of now, we don’t have anything at the script level.)"

In "Bajrangi Bhaijaan," Nawazuddin portrayed the character of Chand Nawab, inspired by a real Pakistani news reporter. Chand Nawab becomes an ally to Pawan (Salman Khan) and helps him ensure Munni's safe return to her home.
