Romil Chaudhary on working with Dipika Kakar in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum: She is a friend now and we are Sandiip Sikcand's family

Bigg Boss is one of the most controversial shows of small screen. The show has offered many commoners a launchpad of sorts. Just like Puneesh Sharma of Bigg Boss 11, Bigg Boss 12 fame Romil Chaudhary is all set to make his acting debut with a show. And it is none other than the Star Plus' upcoming show Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. The show was tentatively titled Paani Puri and now maker Sandiip Sikcand has come up with the final title and it has left everyone at the edge of the seat. 

After Bigg Boss, Dipika Kakar will be making a comeback with this show opposite Karan V Grover and joining her will be Bigg Boss 12's Romil Chaudhary. We reached out to this debuting actor and had a chit-chat with him.

Although the actor stayed tight lipped about his role from the show, he revealed, "It is something new, something different." He expressed, "I am extremely excited. It is a big achievement for me. A guy who hails from Haryana and after struggling into Roadies got into Bigg Boss 12 which I always wanted to. But moving ahead becomes difficult. I am grateful to the almighty and Sandiip Sir that he helped me in it. Many actors fade out after Bigg Boss but its an achievement that I have got hold of such big project after my stint." 

After Bigg Boss, Dipika who bagged the coveted trophy had mentioned that the one person who she wouldn't want to meet was Romil. However, she mentioned that if at all they bumped into each other she would be cordial to him. So we asked Romil on how is it now when they are shooting together.

To which he said, "Its destiny. You never know whom you will meet: when and how. We are friends now. We are a big Star (channel) and Sandiip Sikcand family." He further added, "At times in Bigg Boss there are moments when you go with the flow and you don't want things how they should be. I guess things were also like the same with Dipika ji. There's a saying in Hindi, bartan ek sath hai to khatkenge hi (If you keep too many utensils, they are bound to generate noise). So it was like this in Bigg Boss 12. Now, Dipika ji is one of the most helpful members on the sets. If I goof up or do something wrong she always helps me and supports me. We are a team."
