Star Plus' India's Next Superstars has not only been a platform for aspiring actors to display their talent, but also a learning curve, as they get to perform under the wings of stalwarts like Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar.

And a similar instance recently happened on the sets of the show, where Rohit Shetty is witnessed giving some golden advice to the contestants.

He mentioned how they can look at actor, Ajay Devgn's exercise regimen and how some yoga asanas helps to maintain body's fitness levels.

One important advice that the director shared is that in order to improve diction, one can place marbles under the tongue and that can help improve the clarity of speaking words.
