Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja has joined the BJP. His wife, Rivaba Ravindrasinh is already a serving member of the party. The star cricketer has time on his hands as he has now retired from T20 Cricket. He made this announcement in Barbados after India won the T20 cricket tournament. His wife shared the news on Twitter. Ravindra Jadeja has supported his wife’s political journey like a loving husband.

She is the daughter of Hardev Singh Solanki, a businessman while her mother Prafulla worked in the Indian Railways. Rivaba joined BJP in 2022. She has proved herself as a successful politician over the years. In between the couple were caught in a controversy. Ravindra Jadeja’s father claimed that Rivaba had distanced their son away from him and his daughter. He said that she did not wish to stay with them. Ravindra Jadeja sided with his wife and said what his father said was untrue.
