Kangana Ranaut vows to expose 'Brave Khalistanis' in upcoming Film 'Emergency' post airport incident

Kangana Ranaut, the newly-elected BJP MP from Himachal's Mandi constituency, made headlines on Thursday following an incident at the Chandigarh airport where a CISF woman constable allegedly slapped her during a security check.

The constable, identified as Kulwinder Kaur, was caught on video objecting to Kangana's controversial remarks about the 2020 farmers' protest. In the viral footage, Kaur was heard saying, "My mother was there," in response to Kangana's past statement alleging that women at the farmers' protest were paid ?100 each to sit at the Delhi borders.

Kangana described the incident, expressing concern over rising terrorism in Punjab. She recounted how the constable approached her and struck her in the face before verbally abusing her. When Kangana asked why she was attacked, the constable cited her support for the farmer protests.

Following the altercation, Kangana took to Instagram to share a story featuring the assassination of Indira Gandhi, hinting at her upcoming project Emergency. She wrote, 

"Emergency will be out soon to show how a disarmed elderly lady was killed inside her own house by people in uniform who she trusted with her security, and they used 35 bullets to kill one old aged lady. The story of brave Khalistanis will be out soon."

In response to the incident, the constable was suspended and taken into custody. An FIR was filed against her, and the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) initiated a court of inquiry to investigate the matter.
