Phogat sisters REAL coach is disappointed with his portrayal in Dangal

Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' that released last Friday has been applauded by the critics as well as the audiences. Just in three days, the film entered the 100 crore club breaking all past records. But there's someone who isn't happy with the film and its makers.

PR Sondhi, the man who trained the Phogat sisters in Common Wealth Games (2010) is extremely upset with he makers of the 'Dangal'. The film shows Sondhi in a bad light and that's what has made him feel hurt. He told a tabloid that he was aware of that fictional events were added in the film but that shouldn't be on the cost of his reputation.

He was quoted in a tabloid stating that, "They have named the character PR Kadam, but somewhere it is loosely based on my life. I have known Mahavirji Phogat for many years and his two daughters trained under me for more than three years and not once did he interfere." (sic)

He also stated that the way the facts have been twisted in the film has hurt him and he shall soon meet Aamir and seek an explanation for the same. He also added that Mr. Perfectionist should have informed him about how the coach would be represented in the biopic.

The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and stars Aamir Khan in lead role along with Saakshi Tanwar, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles.
