The matter is currently in court and being handled by Nikhil’s legal team. Dalljiet and Nikhil ended their brief relationship in January of this year when Dalljiet and her son moved back to India, so it is not possible for Nikhil to evict her as the two have not even lived together for the past half a year.
Regarding her personal property and belongings, these had been taken to a safe storage facility, and Nikhil's lawyers have given all the details to Dalljiet's lawyers so that she can arrange to collect them anytime when she's back in Kenya or even have someone collect them on her behalf.
As Nikhil has previously stated, he wishes Dalljiet all the best and hopes that she finds happiness. As legal matters continue to be finalised in court, Nikhil will not be dragged into any publicity stunts. As much as the public enjoys reading these dramatic media stories, Nikhil recognises that engaging Dalljiet and responding each time she shares details of their past brief relationship and ongoing case is not helpful in enabling him and his family to move forward in a positive manner. Nikhil hopes that Dalljiet also comes to recognise this and chooses to focus on building her own future rather than living in the past that the two briefly shared. Nikhil says he will continue to live a very separate and distinctly distant life away from Dalljiet and the potential media stories
