Malaika Arora spills the tea on dealing with mean comments online. The star, who's been in the spotlight due to her split with Arjun Kapoor, spilled the beans to Harper’s Bazaar, confessing that harsh remarks really get to her and "screw up" her day.

“Sometimes when I find something nasty written about me, I’ll admit, it messes up my day, but I’m getting better at blocking out the noise. I work a lot on keeping myself the way I am—mentally strong and being able to reinvent myself—by practising yoga and meditation, doing my retreats, eating, and sleeping on time,” she said.

In the midst of all the negativity, Malaika also mentioned that there are people who shower her with compliments for her fitness and style on social media.“When someone says, ‘You look amazing at 48,’ it feels fantastic. I don’t think people mean it in a derogatory way. It’s a compliment. At 48, if I can look the way I do, it’s due to my hard work, dedication, and focus, which is paying off. It feels great when someone asks, ‘What do you do to stay like that?’” she added.

Interestingly, all this buzz surrounds Malaika amidst the rumors of her split with Arjun Kapoor. Fans got worried last month when Malaika didn't attend Arjun's birthday bash and didn't post any wishes online, fueling breakup speculations. Their apparent avoidance of each other at an event later seemed to confirm the split.

Adding to the intrigue, Malaika recently posted a mysterious message about finding balance in life. The note emphasized living by one's own rules and not letting others dictate your path.

“Balance is the key, in everything you do. Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are,” it read.

“Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities and find silence, patience, modesty and peace. Aim for balance. Make your own rules and follow your own path. Don’t let anyone tell you how to live according to theirs,” the note added.
