Karan Johar's Agneepath remake news continues. This time
sources are blazing with the information that Riteish Deshmukh has been
considered for the role made immortal by Mithun Chakraborty. Krishnan Iyer MA
is a character that people know as one of those roles that got Mithun a Best
Supporting Actor Filmfare in the year 1990.
Earlier there were reports of Abhishek Bachchan being
considered for the role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, originally played by his
father, Amitabh Bachchan, after Hrithik Roshan declined to do the role.
If both of them agree to work together again then it will
be quite interesting to watch the Bluffmaster pair to "create magic again".
Bluffmaster was a movie about a professional con-man, , who gets dumped by his girlfriend/fiance
Simmi after she finds out about his dual life and going on to have a side kick
played by Riteish and teaching him the tricks of his trade. The duo, together
with another con-man named Chandru (played by Nana Patekar), decide to make a
heist - a heist that may well be the last to be undertaken by . This movie saw their on-screen chemistry
at their peak.
If the same kind of fervor is maintained in the the new Agneepath, then only time will say what a hit it will be. Are you eager to watch Riteish and Abhi together again?
