While many Bollywood couples marked the occasion traditionally, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli took a unique route, celebrating the day in a deeply spiritual manner. The beloved couple attended a kirtan led by renowned American vocalist Krishna Das at Nesco in Mumbai, and a video from the event has since gone viral, captivating fans everywhere.

On October 20, Anushka and Virat were spotted at the kirtan, radiating happiness as they soaked in the soulful music. In the viral video, the couple can be seen clapping and smiling as they participated in the devotional gathering. Anushka was also seen singing along, praising the divine with her usual grace and joy. She looked effortlessly chic in a cream-colored co-ord set, perfectly blending simplicity with elegance. Virat complemented her laid-back style, wearing a full-sleeved t-shirt, blue denim, and a red cap. 

This spiritual celebration isn’t the first for the couple. Anushka and Virat have a long-standing connection to spirituality, often attending similar events together. Back in July, the two attended a kirtan in London, right after Virat took a break from international cricket following India’s T20 World Cup victory in June. Their consistent presence at spiritual gatherings has only deepened fans' admiration for their bond, as they often show how intertwined their love is with their spiritual journey.

Adding to the buzz around the couple's spiritual leanings, fans were recently intrigued when Virat was spotted at the airport with a unique wallpaper on his phone. Rather than a family photo, his screen featured an image of Neem Karoli Baba, further highlighting his growing spiritual connection.

Rumors have been swirling about the couple’s potential permanent shift to London, sparked by their frequent visits to the city. However, Anushka and Virat continue to balance personal and professional lives in India. Married in a dreamy 2017 ceremony, they are parents to two children, daughter Vamika, born in January 2021, and son Akaay, born in February 2024.

While Anushka has taken a break from acting since her last film Zero, she remains focused on family life, as Virat continues to shine on the cricket field.
