Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her debut in Bollywood opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Kapoor's directorial Kedarnath. Sara has made few media appearance while promoting her film and her confidence and way of talking has already impressed the audiences. Recently, Sara made her debut on the small screen on Karan Johar's chat show Koffee with Karan Season 6 with her father Saif Ali Khan. On the show, she talked about her relationship with her father and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Now, in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Kareena Kapoor Khan got candid about her equation with Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's kids, Sara and Ibrahim. Kareena mentioned that she is only their friend and that she is there for them whenever needed. She said, "I have always said this to Saif, Sara and Ibrahim that I can only be their friend, I can never be their mother because they already have an amazing mother who's brought them up spectacularly. I'm meant to be their friend only. I love them dearly and whenever I'm wanted or my advice needed, I'm there for both at any point in their life."
On being asked about Sara Ali Khan's debut in the film industry, Kareena mentioned that she thinks Sara is a born star who is good with conversations as well as acting. She said, "Sara is a rare combination of beauty and brains and that has happened to the Indian film industry after a long time. She can hold a conversation with anyone and at the same time give a shot in which she is looking absolutely gorgeous. She has all it takes and I think she will be the brightest stars on the screen. I can only hope and pray for the best for her."
On the work front, Kareena will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Raj Mehta's Good News which is slated to release next year.
