Jhanak: Aniruddha admits feeling weak when seeing Jhanak

Tonight's Jhanak episode begins with Aniruddha (Krushal Ahuja) heading to a jewelry store with the intention of buying a gift for Appu, but his mind is still occupied by thoughts of Jhanak (Hiba Nawab). Despite having lost all trust and hope in her, he never anticipated the accusations she made against him. He finds himself questioning why he still feels vulnerable around her, despite the resentment he harbors from her recent accusations. Coincidentally, both Aniruddha and Jhanak arrive at the same jewelry store to purchase a present for Appu. This store is significant, as Aniruddha had previously bought a gift for Jhanak from here. When they notice each other, both are taken aback. The shopkeeper, misinterpreting the situation, assumes they are surprising each other. However, when he questions them about it, they feel embarrassed.

After finishing their shopping, Aniruddha offers Jhanak a lift. However, Jhanak has no desire to be around the man who refused to acknowledge their child. Standing in the shopping mall, their argument reignites. Aniruddha is adamant that no such moment between them could have led to Jhanak’s pregnancy. On the other hand, Jhanak accuses him of deliberately trying to forget those moments. She once again vows to seek justice for her child, asserting that she will prove Aniruddha is the father. However, Aniruddha dismisses her claims, urging her to end the conflict between them. He warns her that if they continue, both their lives will be ruined. Undeterred, Jhanak, determined to secure her baby’s identity, storms off in anger.

As the scene shifts to Appu’s wedding day, Lalan, the groom, arrives with his entourage. His mother, Anuradha, is overcome with emotion as she remembers her late husband, who had big dreams for their family. Fighting back tears, she wipes her eyes with her clothes. Lalan noticing her sadness comforts her.

In the bridal dressing room, Jhanak helps Appu transform into a stunning bride. When Appu catches a glimpse of herself, she is overjoyed at her bridal appearance. Jhanak surprises Appu with a necklace she had bought, and Appu is impressed by its design. However, Tanuja and Rini question Jhanak about the expense, asking how she managed to afford such a gift. Jhanak reminds them that she used to earn money while living in Mumbai.

Meanwhile, Lalan makes a request to his mother regarding his marriage, but Anuradha reminds him of a Bengali tradition that prevents mothers from witnessing their son's wedding. Kajal, who had feelings for Lalan, is left heartbroken upon hearing about his marriage to someone else. Anuradha urges Lalan to meet with Kajal one last time.
