Janhvi Kapoor on filming romantic scenes with Rajkummar Rao: We felt like we were dying inside

Janhvi Kapoor is all set for the grand release of her upcoming film "Mr and Mrs Mahi" alongside Rajkummar Rao. In anticipation of the release, Janhvi hosted an engaging Ask Me Anything session on Reddit, where she answered various questions from her enthusiastic fans.

During the session on May 28, Janhvi shared some memorable anecdotes from her personal and professional life. One notable story involved filming romantic scenes with Rajkummar in the sports drama. 

Janhvi reminisced, "Most of mine and Raj’s romantic moments in the film, me and him were completely exhausted. Like I think one of our first romantic moments were after a 20-hour shift and both of us were feeling like dead, and we had bad tummies, our bodies were broken, and then we had to look like we were falling in love, and we were going to have our first kiss, but really we were feeling we were dying inside."

She also delved into the rigorous preparation for her role in "Mr and Mrs Mahi". Janhvi revealed that she underwent over two years of training and faced multiple injuries during the process.

Directed by Sharan Sharma, "Mr and Mrs Mahi" is set to hit theatres on May 31. The film is touted as a romantic drama where cricket and romance intertwine, promising an engaging storyline for the audience.
