IT'S FINAL: Krushna Abhishek and Mama Govinda PART WAYS!

Looks like comedian Krushna Abhishek's relationship with his Mama, Bollywood superstar and dancing legend Govinda has hit troubled waters yet again, so much so that both parties have openly flung dirt at each other.

And here's the entire fiasco, as reported in Bombay Times.

It can be recalled that two years ago, Govinda picked The Kapil Sharma Show over Krushna Abhishek's Comedy Nights Bachao and had also publicly lashed out at his derogatory humour. (Back then, not only Govinda, but a lot of other celebrities were not up for Krushna's sense of roast humour). However, the duo patched up later on, courtesy Govinda's wife Sunita.

And now, the same lady has bashed both Krushna and his wife Kashmira Shah for bad mouthing them in public and also stated that she and Govinda have cut ties with them forever.

Sunita was quoted in the leading daily as saying that while Krushna has always banked upon the fact of him being Govinda's nephew, he has always spoken behind the superstar and his wife's back. As per Sunita's statement, the last nail in the coffin was when both she and Govinda had appeared on The Drama Company, which was then being helmed by Preeti and Neeti Simoes. Soon after the episode aired, Sunita revealed that she read Kashmira's post on social media where the latter has referred to Govinda and Sunita as 'People who dance for money' and this irked Sunita to no end.

Speaking about how they were absent at Krushna's twins' birthday, Sunita stated that while her family was in London and they were not invited, they wouldn't have gone even if Krushna invited them. Sunita concluded that she and her husband had severed ties with Krushna and Kashmira and that it was a final decision.

And here's Krushna's side of the story.

Blaming his Mami Sunita for the fiasco, Krushna was quoted in the daily as saying that it was his Sunita Mami who influenced the entire family (including her children Tina and Yashvardhan) that they aren't talking to Krushna.

Denying point blank that he has never cashed in on being Govinda's nephew, Krushna lashed out and said that neither did Govinda launch him, nor did the superstar do any favours on him and that he (Krushna) has achieved what he has on his own, but not before he accepted that fact that he would always be grateful for the help and love that Govinda and Sunita bestowed upon him during his struggling days. As for him taking Govinda's name in his gigs, Krushna stated that he loved his Chi-Chi- Mama and was proud to be Govinda's nephew.  

Revealing his side of the story about Kashmira's social media post that offended Sunita and Govinda, Krushna clarified that his wife's post was for his sister Aarti Singh and not his Mama-Mami. He further added that both He and Kashmira were nobody to point fingers and take digs at Govinda and Sunita and that he even made Kashmira apologise to them but after they did not budge, Krushna realised that there was no pint in patching up.

However, Krushna claimed to have invited his Mama-Mami for his kids' birthday, but also added that the couple planned their London holiday in such a way that it would coincide with the party, so as to avoid it. A hurt Krushna also revealed that Govinda did not visit when one of his twins was critical, as his mother (Krushna's) had brought Govinda up.

Krushna concluded that he was fine with these issues not getting resolved now as both Govinda and Sunita know what they mean to him.
