A few days back, India forums had exclusively reported that Nia will be the first contestant announced, with her reveal set to take place during the finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 and during the Sunday finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 on Colors, the same channel that hosts Bigg Boss every season, Nia Sharma, fresh off her stint on Comedy Chefs, appeared as a guest. Host Rohit Shetty revealed that Nia would be the first contestant on Bigg Boss 18.
