T-Series has announced that Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan and Ammy Virk’s Khel Khel Mein is coming on Independence Day 2024. The movie will clash with Pushpa 2 and Vedaa. The film is directed by Mudassar Aziz. It is a supposed to be a rom-com with loads of drama. The shoot for Khel Khel Mein began in the UK in October 2023. They wrapped up the film in March 2024. Akshay Kumar has Sarfira and Khel Khel Mein in the coming months. It is said that Sarfira, the remake of Soorarai Pottru is going to clash with Indian 2. Kamal Haasan is headlining Indian 2 with Rakul Preet Singh and Kajal Aggarwal. 

This is making people wonder if Pushpa 2 will be postponed or what. That film is supposed to come on August 15, 2026. Some days back, there were reports that makers are shooting multiplex climaxes for the movie. It seems there is a ban on mobile phones to prevent leaks of Pushpa 2. They have released two songs so far. Fans are wondering if Pushpa 2 makers will announce a new date. The Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna starrer is the most hyped film of 2024 as per Ormax and other data charts. 

Will Pushpa 2 move to a later date?

The makers of Pushpa 2 have confirmed the date as August 15, 2024. It seems Fahadh Faasil was finding it tough to dole out dates due to multiple projects. Some of his showdown scenes were pending. Allu Arjun has almost finished his work on the movie. There is also some issue with the distributors and exhibitors who do not want to buy Pushpa 2 on a huge non-refundable basis. The first movie did not do great business in Telangana per se. The makers have Pushpa 3 planned too. But Sukumar and Allu Arjun will take a break of a movie before they decide to start work on Pushpa 3.
