Hunar Gandhi opens up on friend Shalin Bhanot's game in 'Bigg Boss 16'

The buzz surrounding the happenings inside the Bigg Boss house has been a constant for a while now and of the biggest talking points so far has been the bond of Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot.

But what has been all the more interesting so far has been the buzzing conversation outside the house as well. Multiple celebrities have gone on to come forward and express their support or disapproval of the people inside the house and their actions. 

Now actor Hunar Gandhi, who was Shalin Bhanot's co-star back in 2008 and his friend ever since has come ahead and spoken about him.

Recently, Bhanot admitted to having mental issues and being temperamental in a conversation with Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Now, Hunar Gandhi went on to offer her support in a quote to ETimes TV as she said, "I have known him for a long time now and I feel that he is playing the game well in the show. He has already admitted to being temperamental and having mental issues for which he is taking medication in the show. So, Nimrit should not be surprised or feel that he is taunting her for it by talking about his mental issues."

Gandhi also shares that Bhanot is a self-sufficient guy. "Shalin is a very independent guy and he might be having issues in his personal life, but he has never backed away from his responsibilities or work. He has been self-sufficient even when he did not have a TV show in hand. He may suffer from mood swings but that is not something uncommon to people, post the pandemic. It happens to everyone. I am no one to judge him on his personal issues, but he has been a good friend and from what I have seen him in Bigg Boss, I feel he is playing the game well. I like watching him in the show," she concluded.
