The popular Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star, Hina Khan, recently took to her Instagram account and posted a workout video accompanied by an uplifting message. The video featured Hina engaging in various exercises like squats, cable crossovers, deadlifts, and planks, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to maintaining her strength and resilience.

Paired with the post was a courageous message, where she penned in the caption, “Thousand Reasons may present itself to pull you down everyday. But I have a Promise to fulfil for my future self. And I am committed, are you? DUA.”

The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress, known for her openness about her cancer journey, disclosed that she has been diagnosed with Mucositis, a painful side effect of chemotherapy. For those who may not be familiar, Mucositis is a condition marked by inflammation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and along the gastrointestinal tract.

Hina Khan, recognized for her appearance on Bigg Boss 11, initially revealed her stage three breast cancer diagnosis on June 28 through social media. Despite encountering numerous health obstacles since that declaration, she persists in approaching each day with bravery and a hopeful mindset.

Hina Khan shot to fame by portraying the legendary character of Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She then displayed her versatility by joining the adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8, under the hosting of Rohit Shetty, and later graced the screens in Bigg Boss 11.
