Despite her health challenges, she fulfilled her professional duties and later shared on her Instagram story a photo announcing her return to work.

Hina Khan took to Instagram from her hospital bed, sharing a snapshot of herself lying under a brown blanket, displaying her hand. Alongside the image, she captioned, "That time of the month, back to the grind, dua."

It was on September 16, Hina Khan graced the event adorned in a stunning red lehenga, radiating grace and resilience as she smiled brightly, concealing her pain, and strode confidently towards the stage. In a video she shared, viewers witnessed her preparation process, with her makeup and hair being meticulously styled by her talented stylist as she engaged in a heartfelt conversation with a crew member. Draped elegantly in an embroidered red saree complemented by traditional jewelry, the renowned Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star greeted the audience with a namaste, blew a flying kiss, and expressed her gratitude for their presence at the venue.
