Hina Khan, who is bravely facing stage 3 breast cancer, has been openly sharing her journey with her vast following. However, recently, she posted a cryptic message about self-destruction, which serves as a poignant wake-up call for everyone.

Hina Khan reposted a reel discussing the ripple effect of a single decision and emphasized the importance of thoughtful actions before making choices. She captioned the reel video, "Self-destruction starts with ignorance, arrogance, ego and zero tolerance..when you become a swellhead..Mr know it all, you simply dismiss advise, suggestions and opinions of others.. and you eventually loose your mind.."

Hina, further wrote, "And trust you wudn't know..So, think before you act. Your one action can ruin everything for you and your loved ones! Just have a look at the ripple effect of one wrong decision above. Think before you open your mouth.And remember only a fool knows everything.."

The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star had previously shared a workout video, offering a glimpse into her healing process. The video depicted Hina immersed in a range of exercises, from leg extensions to weightlifting.

Just last month, Hina Khan ventured out for some self-care time. She was spotted treating herself to chocolates and enjoying a shopping spree. Sharing a series of photos on Instagram, she was seen savoring macaroons, sipping hot chocolate, and delighting in some retail therapy.

Sharing the post she had written, "Indulging into a well-deserved treat... Stepped out after months for some shopping and hot chocolate. Just me, pampering myself and loving it."
