Fitness means a better life and healthy future

The talented Gaurav S Bajaj who is seen playing the character of Rajveer in the daily soap Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai...Ajab Sa Risk Hai on Life OK, talks about his fitness regime and inspires us to follow a healthy diet. TellyBuzz got in touch with him to know how his 'Stay fit' mantra. 

What does fitness mean to you? 

Better life ahead and a healthy future. As my schedule is very hectic I still see to it that in some way I work out. I visit the gym whenever I am free and on the other days I find small ways of work out to be done. Like I stay on the 7th floor so I prefer going by stairs rather than using the lift, go cycling on the back road of Lokhandwala. While talking on the phone I prefer walking and talking and some other small ways too that I practice. 

Are you conscious about your food choices?

I am not much conscious about my food items. I don't kill my heart to eat something that I like, which most of the diet conscious people do. I believe in rather working out for the calorie intake.

Three things you do every day to remain fit.

Go to the gym.

Drink lots of water.

Do cycling.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Golf and Squash.

What is your fitness secret?

I drink lots of water and eat dairy products too which are healthy.
