The birthday bash, held at Farhan's Mumbai residence, brought together an assembly of loved ones, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. A heartwarming family portrait captured the essence of the night, featuring the birthday boy donning a black T-shirt and pants, standing beside his wife Shibani Dandekar. The frame also showcased the presence of Farhan's father, Javed Akhtar, mother Honey Irani, and sister Zoya Akhtar, forming a united front for the special occasion.

Javed Akhtar, in the photograph, held Zoya close, radiating familial love, while Honey and Shabana Azmi stood side by side, exuding warmth and camaraderie. The gathering also included Shibani Dandekar's family members, turning the celebration into a full-fledged family affair.

Shabana Azmi, expressing her affection for Farhan, referred to him as 'betu (son)' in her Instagram post, wishing him a year filled with happiness and abundant love. 

The Akhtar family, known for their tight bond, frequently shares quality time together, with Shabana Azmi seamlessly becoming an integral part of their celebrations. Javed Akhtar, previously married to Honey Irani, tied the knot with Shabana Azmi in 1984, forming a blended family that cherishes each other's company.

As Farhan Akhtar embarks on his 50s, he does so with promising projects on the horizon. While his directorial venture "Jee Le Zaraa" with Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt awaits its release, the anticipation for "Don 3" starring Ranveer Singh is building up, with a teaser video already creating a buzz in the industry.
