Esha Deol has finally addressed her father Dharmendra's heartfelt post, where he seemingly apologized to her and Hema Malini, following his grandson Karan Deol's recent wedding. The wedding brought Dharmendra's personal life into the spotlight, as the veteran actor has been married twice. Prior to his marriage with Hema Malini, Dharmendra was already wedded to Prakash Kaur.

Speculations arose that Hema Malini's family was invited to Karan's wedding, but they chose not to attend. However, on Thursday evening, Dharmendra shared a note expressing his apologies to Hema and their daughters, Esha and Ahana. It read, "Esha , Ahana , Hema and all my darling kids ……loving Takhtani’s and Vohra’s l love you and respect you all from the core of my heart……age and illness is telling upon me I could have spoken personally to to you ……..but."
