Elvish Yadav plays a prank on Jiya Shankar

Breaking the glass ceiling, YouTuber 'Elvish Yadav bagged the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy on August 14th. Elvish has carved the legacy for ages by breaking the mark of 17 years. Yes! After 17 years, a wildcard entry marked a streak by his stint.

Speculations about a wildcard lifting the winner's title have been blooming for years. This season left no stone unturned to prove that there are some reasons to have wildcards on the show. Certainly! BB OTT 2 has set an example for many wildcard entries.

In one of the episodes of BB OTT 2, during a task, Jiya Shankar offered soap water to Elvish. This incident escalated controversies inside and outside of the house. The soap water incident was an oil into the igniting fight between Jiya and Elvish. They used to fight like cats and dogs earlier on the show, but eventually, by the end of the show, they shared a beautiful bond.

Reply to the soap water incident goes to Jiya in Elvish's style. Today, Elvish pranked Jiya and took that into his YouTube, garnering the video with enticement. Elvish, along with his friends, tricked the former contestant. Using his friend's mobile, he dialled Jiya and played the character ACP Ajit as a police inspector. Eventually, Jiya didn't pick up the call as it was from an unknown number. After two failed attempts in the subsequent trial, Elvish texted her, "ACP Ajit, call back urgent. Police."

After some time, Elvish attempted to call Jiya, and luckily, she picked up the call. Elvish introduced himself as calling from the ACP office. When Jiya received the call, she inquired who was speaking. Elvish responded by saying he was calling from the police station and asked if he was talking to Jiya. Jiya quickly denied it, prompting Elvish to add, "There is a complaint against Jiya Shankar." Jiya's friend took over the conversation, further engaging "ACP Ajit" (Elvish). ACP Ajit proceeded to explain that a complaint had been filed from the cyber cell. Jiya's friend, concerned, asked about the nature of the complaint. Elvish stated that back at the Bigg Boss house, Jiya gave Elvish soap water.

His fans have filed a complaint against Jiya, claiming she did wrong. Elvish then invited them to meet him at an office near Lokhandwala. Jiya's friend requested Elvish's name, and he replied, "Ajit Shinde." At this point, Jiya's friend suggested contacting Jiya's legal team. Finally, Elvish revealed the truth to Jiya, confessing that it was all a prank and that he was not Ajit Shinde but, in fact, Elvish Yadav.

Recently, Elvish took the celebration of winning the title up in the sky by hosting a fans' meet-up in Gurgaon on August 19th. This meet-up was an act to show gratitude to his fans for having his back on the show throughout. The meet-up was graced by the presence of Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar and three lakh people.
