Salman Khan is all set for the 18th season of his spicy reality show, Bigg Boss. As the anticipation grows about this year's contestants, news is out that YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur, is in discussions with the show's producers.
As reported by TellyChakkar, Sagar Thakur has been approached by the makers of Bigg Boss 18. Reportedly, he hasn’t signed the contract yet but is likely to come on board soon. However, there is no official confirmation regarding Thakur’s participation as of now.
Sagar Thakur grabbed attention back in March this year when he alleged that Elvish Yadav had threatened him. “Bhaisaab, jaan se maarne ki dhamki de gaye hain. Main toh akela tha. Elvish bhai saath mein bahut saare bande laaye the. Toh iske main full video subah daaltu hu acche se. Sab dekhna kya hua. Hamare pass bhi recording hai. Main toh theek hu bas yahan (lip) par chot aaye hai. Yeh bhi 8 logo se ladne ke baad aaye hai,” he claimed in a video statement. Following the incident, Sagar posted a video online showing Elvish physically assaulting him, with footage capturing slaps, kicks, and severe beatings.
Sagar also filed an FIR against Yadav and claimed “he tried to break my spine so that I would become physically disabled.”
Elvish Yadav responded with a video sharing his perspective on the situation. He mentioned that the altercation was premeditated as Sagar had allegedly placed hidden recording devices at their meeting spot. Elvish further stated that Sagar had been posting negative content about him for eight months, leading to harassment. Elvish also claimed that Thakur had threatened him and his family with violence, sparking intense arguments.
The clash between them wrapped up when Elvish Yadav posted a photo online with Maxtern, showing them both smiling for the cameras. Subsequently, they teamed up for a music video called 'Rao Sahab Rollin'.
