Zee TV popular show 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' is an intense love story where the 'in-love' protagonists who are meant to live happily are deprived of happiness time and again.

The show is now taking a new turn in the narration of the story by introducing 'Season 3' of 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani'. Both the leads, Eisha Singh and Sartaj Gill will be re-born in an attempt of reuniting.

The makers of the show, Sphere Origins want to give a fresh start to the show and hence Raja and Rani will pass away in the arms of Badi Dadi (Surekha Sikri), only to be re-born in a completely new place.

As per reports, Raja and Rani will not know their past, to begin with, will meet in the present and fall in love. While the leads Sartaj and Eisha take the reincarnation saga further, actors Surekha Sikri and Anita Raaj have been retained and will have pivotal roles in the season.

Ek Tha Raja Ek The Rani started fabulously with Drashti Dhami & Siddhant Karnick they were superb as Ranaji & Rani Gayatri with superb chemistry & great ,fresh & different BG but when it completed it's 4 months they started showing stupid tracks & with Badi dadi ma becoming all more evil slowly slowly the show start losing it's charm but it was working bcoz of Drashti & sid & Anita raaj then DD & Sid left the show bcoz they don't wanted to play parents for young kids & makers brought new leads i didn't watch it post leap but as much as i hv heard there was Badi dadi ma post leap too now if they keep her is season 3 that will be very funny & nonsense they should just end the show or end her character

Surekha sikri is Badi Rani ma or grandmother for Ranaji gayatri... next great grand mother for Raja Rani... and she will be even after reincarnation track! Like seriously, Is that character immortal? CVS completely ruined the show don't know why!
