Doordarshan to launch youth based show - Yuva!

Saas-bahu sagas have always been a hit among the television viewers right from the 'Kyunkii...' days, but shows which are youth centric are now gaining massive popularity on television.

The revamp of programming on Doordarshan made way for a lot of producers to share and experiment distinguished thoughts through the channel. 

And now, making way for the audience is Yuva, a youth show produced by Dharmendra Joshi Productions. 

A source informs, "The show is loosely based on the lines of Channel V show Dil Dostii Dance (D3). Yash Goyal who has done cameo roles in popular prime-time shows will be a part of the show as the antagonist. The shoot for the show will start in April."

We contacted Yash who confirmed doing the show. He stated, "I truly believe that one should portray the characters which complement their look. In my case, I love essaying negative shades."
