The story focuses on Deepika, who suffers at home due to the harsh treatment of her stepmother and stepsister. During these difficult times, Chirag meets Deepika at a blood donation camp and is deeply moved by her kindness and selflessness. This meeting ignites a profound connection between them.

In the upcoming episode of Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua, Chirag makes a solemn promise to stand by Deepika. He visits her home and confronts her sister, Jhanvi, and their mother, criticizing their harsh treatment of Deepika. Chirag warns Jhanvi in front of everyone that if she continues mistreating Deepika and burdening her with their problems, he will not tolerate it. He leaves after his stern warning.

Jhanvi reacts angrily, demanding to know what Deepika told Chirag to provoke his outburst. Meanwhile, Deepika and her father plan a meeting with Chirag.
