Deepika Padukone wore a body-hugging black dress with matching heels. Everyone is amazed to see how she has not gained on any weight. It is only her baby bump with the rest of the muscles being as toned as ever. As a child and teen, Deepika Padukone played competitive badminton so she has that athletic background. This might explain while she is looking super fit even when she is heavily pregnant. 

Now, her yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani has shed some light on how Deepika Padukone is very self-aware about her body. She said that it is not just about how good she is looking but she is very knowledgeable. The trainer said that they want her pregnancy to be a healthy time when she is moving and active. Anshuka Parwani also trains Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tejasswi Prakash.

Colleagues like Alia Bhatt have also slammed the negativity around Deepika Padukone’s pregnancy.
