Dalljiet Kaur's second husband Nikhil Patel fails to respond to Mumbai Police? Cops reveal details

Dalljiet Kaur’s second marriage to Kenya-based financial investment professional Nikhil Patel crumbled in less than a year. She flew back to India with her son, Jaydon. What followed thereafter shocked many. Dalljiet Kaur alleged that Nikhil Patel was constantly cheating on her when she was in Kenya. Post that, Nikhil Patel said they had differences and also said that their marriage is not a legal one as it has not been registered in India or Kenya. This has been very shocking as they had a public wedding in presence of family and friends. He said he does not believe in this traditional culture of marriage. 

Now, he is in India with his alleged girlfriend Safeena Nazar. She is a psychotherapist based out of South Africa. Visuals of them kissing at the lobby of Taj Land’s End have gone viral. Dalljiet Kaur has filed a case against him for cruelty and breach of trust. The top cop from Agripada Police Station Yogendra Pache said that they have summoned Nikhil Patel. But he is yet to respond to their complaint. The charges are filed under Sections 85 and 316 (2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. Her PR Ash Parmar said that she understood that Nikhil Patel was a red flag given his conduct with Jaydon at the wedding. 

Pache said they would open a LOC. It seems they will file a chargesheet and send a warrant if he fails to respond to them. Nikhil Patel has been accused of using the actress’ name to build his social capital in this relationship. The whole incident has left everyone shocked. Dalljiet Kaur knew him for more than a year since they decided to get hitched. Everything seemed good things. Well, intimate relationships with people reveal completely new things.
