Confirmed: Sonal Vengurlekar to enter ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’

We’ve been on the forefront in reporting about Star Plus show ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’. The current track of the show revolves around Devika’s murder mystery. Well, India Forums had already informed the viewers that the makers are planning to bring a new entry in the show which will bring along a lot of twist and turns. Actresses Kanchi Singh (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) and Sonal Vengurlekar (Gupta Brothers) were in talks for the role which will be opposite Armaan Thakur played by actor Altamash Faraz.

While Kanchi and Sonam were in contest to bag the role, Sonal has been finalized for the show. The actress is slated to start the shoot from today onwards. As reported by us earlier, Sonal’s character will have a love angle with Armaan. The duo will get married to each other while chances are rife that the character might turn negative in future.

We got in touch with Sonal for a comment, but she remained unavailable.

Sonal is known for her stint in shows like Shastri Sisters, Saam Daam Dand Bhed, Yeh Vaada Raha, Yeh Teri Galiyaan among others while Kanchi has charmed the viewers with her stint in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ is produced by Balaji Telefilms and has a stellar star cast including actors like Abrar Qazi, Sargun Kaur Luthra, Anjali Mukhi, Altamash Faraz among others.
