Crime fiction is one of the most popular genres in India, and Shemaroo TV is leaving no stone unturned to keep up with viewers demands. The Hindi family entertainment channel has been entertaining viewers with thrilling crime stories on Crime World, and it is all set to take the level higher, as comedian Sunil Pal is the new entrant in the show. Yes! Comedian Sunil Pal has forayed into the world of Crime with Shemaroo TV’s Crime World and is all excited for viewers response in his new and ruthless avatar!
Revealing his special connection with the letter ‘C,’ Sunil Pal expressed, “I’m extremely excited for Crime World. I’m jumping from one C to another, that is Comedy world to Crime World. I share a unique connection with the letter C which includes Comedy, my native Chandrapur district, Cinema, Characters and now Crime World.’ I want to continue this bond with the letter C and explore all my creativity.”

Talking about his preparation for the show, Sunil Pal said, “Shemaroo TV’s Crime World is filled with high-octane action and drama. When I was offered the show, I was initially confused as to what I would have to do. So, I binged watch crime dramas for inspiration to get into the skin of a ruthless killer. Not only this, but I also chased mosquitoes at night to kill them, isse hui meri khoon karne ki practice (laughs). I’m a bloody comedian and I put my best foot forward to turn into a bloody khooni (killer).”
Sunil has played many characters in his career spanning almost two decades and hopes viewers will accept him in this negative shade as well. “I request the viewers to please watch Crime World on Shemaroo TV at 10 PM as this is my first attempt into the crime thriller genre. I hope they like the show and welcome creative criticisms as that’s the path to improvement.”
