Colors' popular show to go OFF-AIR next month?

The show has been in the news for the same since quite some time now.

Colors' show, 'Thapki...Pyaar Ki' has been struggling to keep up with the TRP numbers for a while now and it looks like the good times for the show are over.

While the show has been in the news for Jigyasa Singh aka Thapki injuring herself and breaking her teeth, it continued to be in the headlines for Manish Goplani aka Aryan coming back to the show.

And now, news has it that 'Thapki...Pyaar Ki' is slated to go off-air next month since it has not been faring well. According to a leading news portal, despite the changes in the time slot, the numbers saw no change.

The fate of the show has almost been sealed and whether the show sees the light of day anytime soon is a question that remains.

We contacted Jigyasa, however, she remained unavailable for any comment.

Sad news...I have only one thing to say... The story writers and directors are very poor...Try changing them instead of removing the show !

Tpk cvs ne bhir se torture karna shuru kiya he...manish ki re-entry ko use karna tho dhoor kitni useless scene dikha rahi he ye cvs...go 2 hell cvs...

I was watching show for Manish Goplani
But lost interest long time back...cvs have destroyed their show with their own hands...!!
I wonder how did they survive for so many months...!!

well the channel hardly promoted the show still Thapki...Pyaar Ki managed to get decent TRP in the evening slot. I really don't think the new shows will even manage to get as much TRP as Thapki...Pyaar Ki. Even at the previous slot Thapki...Pyaar Ki was the channel's most successful 7pm show...it even got 3.0 trp.
Anyways the channel was still quite lenient with TPK...the makers are solely responsible for low TRPs. We know that revival is not possible now and Jigyasa Singh, Manish Goplani and other actors deserve way better shows. So i am kinda happy with this news.
