Anupamaa: Toshu's plans to sell Asha Bhawan backfire as Shah house faces threat; owner demands eviction

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to engage audiences with its intense drama. Following a six-month leap, the highly anticipated reunion of Anuj, Anupama, and Aadhya finally takes place, but the Shah family is thrown into chaos with Vanraj's sudden disappearance. Soon after, goons arrive, accusing Vanraj of embezzling crores, forcing Toshu to step up. Toshu declares himself the new head of the household, further escalating tensions. Meanwhile, Dolly's return, intended to halt the growing relationship between Sagar and Meenu, backfires when she demands her share of the family property.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Anupama and the entire Asha Bhawan family organize a surprise birthday celebration for Bala. Embracing Bala's South Indian roots, they all don traditional South Indian attire and perform a dance to the song "Kashmir Main, Tu Kanyakumari" to delight him. Kinjal and the children also join in the celebration, going against Toshu's objections. Following the dance, the group enjoys a variety of South Indian dishes. However, they remain unaware of an impending storm that is about to hit the Shah house.

As the festivities continue with a spread of South Indian dishes, the family is unaware of the brewing trouble. Toshu, frustrated by the noise, attempts to halt the celebration but is taken aback when the house owner arrives. The owner asserts his claim to the property, revealing that he is the rightful owner of both the current residence and the previous one, which shocks Toshu. The owner demands that the house be vacated within an hour, leaving the Shah family in disbelief.

Unbeknownst to Toshu, who had been plotting to sell Asha Bhawan to benefit himself, his own home is now in jeopardy.

In tonight's episode, Anuj reflects on his cherished moments with Anupama over tea and contemplates hiring a high-profile lawyer for his upcoming court case. Concerned about the expense, Anupama suggests employing a less experienced lawyer, which Anuj finds appealing. Meanwhile, the Shah family faces a crisis as Kinjal discovers Mahi is missing, creating distress among the family members. Ansh and Pari reveal that Mahi was upset and missing her mother, prompting Kinjal, Dimple, and Meenu to search for her.

At Aasha Bhawan, Anuj decides to involve Sagar, a law student, in his legal battle and plans to reclaim his property from Ankush with support from guards and employees. Anupama supports Anuj's decision and they share a light moment over tea.

As Ganpati Visarjan preparations continue, Aadhya informs Anupama that Mahi has been sent back to the Shah house. Hardik and Rajpal arrive, with Hardik demanding Anupama vacate the property or pay the house tax, which Anupama promises to do. Toshu insists Kavya should take Mahi back, but Kavya refuses, leading to tension. Mahi returns home, and Toshu reprimands her, while Pari and Ansh threaten to leave. Kinjal confronts Toshu over his behavior.

Nandita and Aadhya worry about their future, but Anuj reassures Aadhya. Sagar and Nandita accept a job offer, and Bala and Hasmuk join them. Anupama encourages trust in Lord Ganesh as she and Anuj bid farewell to him. In the final scenes, Toshu negotiates with Hardik to sell Aasha Bhawan.
