Anupamaa: Toshu contacts Kavya as Mahi goes missing

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to engage audiences with its intense drama. Following a six-month leap, the highly anticipated reunion of Anuj, Anupama, and Aadhya finally takes place, but the Shah family is thrown into chaos with Vanraj's sudden disappearance. Soon after, goons arrive, accusing Vanraj of embezzling crores, forcing Toshu to step up. In his frustration, Toshu shocks the family, especially Leela, by accusing Vanraj of theft. Arrogantly, Toshu declares himself the new head of the household, further escalating tensions. Meanwhile, Dolly’s return, intended to halt the growing relationship between Sagar and Meenu, backfires when she demands her share of the family property. On the other side, Anuj, now back in business, gears up to confront Ankush and Barkha for plotting against him.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, the Shah family sits down for lunch, but an eerie silence fills the room. Dolly, Meenu, and Toshu avoid eye contact, and even the children sense the tension. Leela groans in pain, struggling to move due to her ongoing knee trouble. Toshu, frustrated, comments on her inactivity, which sparks a small argument between them. Leela defends herself, reminding everyone of how much she has to run around for the children. Kinjal and Meenu support her, suggesting that her constant movement is likely causing her pain, but the heavy mood lingers.

As Kinjal serves lunch, she suddenly notices that Mahi is missing. Concerned, she realizes that none of the children know where she is. Alarmed, Leela asks how long Mahi has been gone, and Pari innocently admits they haven't seen her all day. Panic starts to rise, but Toshu, instead of helping, makes a snide remark about Kinjal’s responsibility in looking after the children. Kinjal snaps back, but her worry for Mahi takes over.

He suggests that Mahi should have been sent to her mother, Kavya, and questions Baa about why she hasn’t contacted Kavya. Toshu mocks Baa’s emotional state and blames Vanraj and Kavya for not taking responsibility. He insists Mahi is not part of their family but only Kavya and Anirudh’s child.

Baa tries to defend Mahi, saying she is part of the family regardless of blood, but Toshu won’t listen. He demands Kavya either take Mahi back or pay for her expenses.
