Anupamaa: Hasmuk chooses to stay with Anupama, while Leela stays with Vanraj

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Hasmuk searches for something to eat. Meera advises Hasmuk to manage his diet, warning him that she will inform Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) if he doesn't. Hasmuk pleads with Meera not to tell Anupama, but Meera suggests that someone else will do it if she doesn't. Bala makes his first appearance, leading to an argument between him and Hasmuk. Bala then tells Anupama that Hasmuk takes the prasad. In response, Hasmuk accuses Bala of writing a love letter. Anupama confronts both Hasmuk and Bala and then decides to lead the aarti.

Pakhi turns on loud music, disrupting their puja. Meera complains that Pakhi always disturbs them. Sagar prompts Anupama to begin the puja, which she does. Meanwhile, Vanraj plans to buy property. Leela is upset with Kavya for modelling, but Vanraj tells her to ignore it. 

Leela laments that Pakhi and Toshu never leave their rooms while Titu and Dimple are preoccupied with their dance classes. Kinjal manages the household, but Leela feels isolated and misses her family. She notes that Anupama is running Aasha Bhawan, and Hasmuk is living with her. Vanraj warns Leela not to mention Anupama and explains that Hasmuk refused to join them. He assures Leela that once the builder hands over the tower, they will move.

Anupama remembers Pakhi's birthday:

Vanraj wishes Pakhi a happy birthday and gifts her an expensive ring. Anupama reviews a bill while Sagar teases her. Hasmuk is waiting for Leela, and Bala mocks him. Hasmuk reflects on Leela choosing Vanraj while he decides to support Anupama. He encourages Bala to express his feelings, but Bala admits he's scared. Leela sees Hasmuk, and Anupama asks why he's staying with her. Hasmuk says he feels at home at Aasha Bhawan.

Anupama and Hasmuk share a heartfelt conversation, but Sagar interrupts, urging them not to get emotional. He jokes that Anupama should marry a doctor so she won't have to send him for medicine. Anupama remembers Pakhi's birthday but dismisses its significance. Hasmuk acknowledges the importance of the day while Anuj plays the flute. The pandits wish for Anuj to find love, noting his lifeless demeanour.
