Anupamaa: Anuj is pushed off a cliff; Adhya seeks refuge in temple as Anupama and police close in

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to captivate viewers, consistently securing top spots on the TRP charts with its compelling mix of drama and emotional depth. In a newly released promo, Star Plus addresses the swirling rumours, officially revealing the much-anticipated generation leap. The promo showcases Rupali Ganguly as Anupamaa, Alisha Parveen as the grown-up Adhya, and introduces Shivam Khajuria as Prem, Adhya's love interest. However, it leaves fans wondering about Anuj's fate. As the story approaches the leap, it will be intriguing to see how events unfold leading up to this major shift.

In the current storyline, Adhya is accused of being responsible for Dimple's death, while Anuj remains unaware of the unfolding events. Anupama makes every effort to prove Adhya's innocence, but Adhya misinterprets her actions, believing that Anupama is siding with those trying to have her arrested. Meanwhile, the Shah family pushes for Adhya's immediate arrest, holding her accountable for the tragedy.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Adhya manages to escape and seeks refuge in a temple. Anupama, determined to find her, follows closely behind and reaches the same temple but struggles to locate Adhya. Meanwhile, Anuj, trapped by Ankush near the cliff, starts to feel dizzy. As Anupama prays in the temple, she receives advice that reassures her everything will turn out well. Adhya, on the other hand, spots Anupama and grows fearful. The tension escalates as Ankush and Anuj get into a physical altercation, with Anuj growing weaker due to his dizziness. He assaults Anuj and ultimately pushes him off the cliff, declaring that Anuj must die because his survival poses a threat to Ankush.

Meanwhile, Adhya, trying to avoid being caught by Anupama, notices the presence of police officers at the temple.
