Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan and Abhira are shocked by Kaveri's death news

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira comments that the decorations look beautiful, but Aryan pays no attention to her. Concerned, she asks Aryan why he seems off. Kiara informs her that Aryan is stressed out due to his upcoming exams. The Poddar family begins performing Garba while Vidya stops Abhira from her attempt to interact with Ruhi. Abhira notices Manisha and Manoj dancing and feels reassured, thinking Manoj understands the situation and isn't upset.

Abhira and Armaan participate in the festivities, dancing separately. Suddenly, a goon attempts to harm Abhira. At the same time, Manoj surprises everyone by announcing his resignation from the Poddar firm, declaring his plans to start his own law firm. Sanjay observes that Manoj is making things easier for himself and predicts that Kaveri's ego will be wounded after his departure. Kaveri confronts Manoj about his public resignation announcement. Manoj responds that she never gave him the respect he deserved. Their argument escalates, with Abhira and Armaan stepping in to try and mediate the situation.

Armaan supports Abhira:

Ruhi asks Abhira to apologise to Manoj and give him back his office space. Though Abhira attempts to reason with Manoj, Ruhi accuses her of being selfish for hesitating to return the cabin. Eventually, Abhira decides to hand over the cabin to Manoj. However, Armaan prevents her from apologising, explaining that Abhira had no knowledge of Kaveri's decision.

Manoj leaves in frustration, and Abhira follows him in an attempt to smooth things over. Manisha steps in and blames Abhira for the situation, but Kaveri defends her. Kaveri voices her frustration, stating that the daughters-in-law are upsetting her with their behaviour. She storms off in anger. Meanwhile, Sanjay warns Rohit, cautioning him that Abhira and Arman may try to take control of the Poddar firm. Amid all this tension, Kaveri is suddenly stabbed, causing the family to panic. Gravely injured, Kaveri asks Armaan to prepare her will.

Kaveri's condition worsens:

Charu approaches Abhira, concerned about Kaveri's condition, but Abhira assures her that Kaveri is strong and will recover. Feeling guilty, Vidya regrets her previous quarrel with Kaveri. Sanjay, puzzled by the attack, wonders who tried to harm Kaveri. Abhira mentions seeing a man talking to Manoj before the attack. Manoj, hearing this, accuses Abhira of blaming him for Kaveri's condition. Abhira urges Madhav to check the CCTV footage for clues about the assailant.

As the situation unfolds, Abhira starts to feel uneasy, experiencing dizziness and a sense of disorientation. The doctor advises the Poddar family to arrange blood for Kaveri, as her condition is deteriorating. She suggests they contact the blood bank and also hands them a prescription for an injection.

Armaan and Abhira set off to retrieve the injection while Manish learns about Kaveri's critical health status. Meanwhile, Madhav reviews the CCTV footage, allowing Manoj to identify the assailant, and Sanjay reveals that the individual works for the Sharmas. Madhav vows to track him down.

In a devastating turn of events, while returning with the injections, Armaan and Abhira are heartbroken to learn from the media that Kaveri Poddar has passed away.
