Anupamaa: Anupamaa meets Anuj post her death in temple; Will Krishna ji save her?

Anupamaa has truly won over the hearts of its viewers since the beginning. The current plot delves in a heart-pounding moment, Anuj dashes barefoot along a tumultuous road, his rapid pace hardly faltering amidst the turbulent weather. Surrounded by swirling debris and swerving vehicles, he trips over a cart, causing beer bottles to shatter around him. Despite his injuries, he persists in his sprint, compelled by the urgent fear for Adhya's and Anu's perilous situation. Recollections of happier times with Anu and the doctor's grim warning that Anu has a mere 15 minutes left propel his frantic race.

Anuj reaches the RK Temple, where Anu was wounded. Pausing briefly at the place of her fall, he ventures further into the deserted temple. Amidst the scent of incense and chiming bells, Anuj faces God, begging for Anu's survival or his own sacrifice. Engulfed in desperation, he conducts a fervent ritual with a sizable aarti lamp, mirroring his exhaustion with the fading hope of the doctors in the operating theater.

In the upcoming sequence it will be seen that Anuj is ringing the temple bell, while Anu fights for her life in the hospital. Suddenly, the monitor goes silent, showing nothing. Simultaneously, Anuj collapses at the temple. In a dreamlike scene, Anupamaa appears before Anuj. Anuj pleads with Anupamaa to stay, expressing her desire to grow old with him. Anupamaa reassures him, saying she may be out of sight but never out of his heart. The sequence concludes with smoke emanating from a Radhe Krishna idol.
