Anupamaa: Prem begs for trust, but Anupama stands firm, choosing to trust the Shahs

Anupamaa on Star Plus continues to dominate the TRP charts with its heartfelt storytelling and intricate family dynamics. Anupama's relationship with her daughter, Rahi, continues to be a central theme as Rahi navigates the challenges of settling into life with Anupama. Meanwhile, Prem, who secretly harbours feelings for Rahi, supports her silently, even as he faces his own challenges with Mahi, who's also drawn to him. 

In the latest track, Ishani learns about a grand Diwali party at the lavish Veda Farmhouse and eagerly invites Ansh, Mahi, and Pari. While the group is excited, Mahi feels anxious about their families’ reactions, knowing they wouldn’t approve of a party on Diwali. To ease their concerns, Prem suggests they tell their families they're attending a friend’s Satsang, leaving Rahi shocked at the deception.

At the party, Rahi steps in to help serve drinks when she learns the event needs an extra waiter. Meanwhile, Meet and his friends spike the soft drinks with alcohol, and unknowingly, Rahi serves these drinks to Ansh, Mahi, Pari, and Ishani. Soon, the group, affected by the spiked drinks, begins to behave wildly.

Upon their return home in this intoxicated state, Anupamaa is shocked, and Leela seizes the moment to taunt her for trusting Prem and Rahi. In their drunken state, Ishani accuses Rahi of making them drink, while Ansh shifts the blame onto Prem, revealing he encouraged them to lie. Despite Prem and Rahi’s attempts to explain the situation and clarify they were unaware of the drinks being spiked, they face heavy suspicion from the family.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Anupama confronts Prem over his dishonesty, revealing her deep sense of betrayal. She remarks that while it's easy to call oneself a true guide or protector (Sarthi), truly embodying that role is incredibly challenging. As Prem tries to explain, asking her to trust him, Anupama erupts, sharply telling him he doesn't even understand the meaning of the word "trust." Despite his repeated pleas to be heard, Anupama sternly commands him to remain silent. Overcome by frustration, she raises her hand in anger, leaving Prem visibly shaken. She then firmly tells him she can no longer allow him to stay in her house, insisting he leave immediately, which devastates him.

Anupama then turns her attention to Rahi, expressing that while she has been patient with Rahi's actions, mistakes, and attitude, this incident has crossed a line. She makes it clear that all the children are under her care, and she won't allow anyone to lead them astray—not even her own daughter. This intense declaration leaves Rahi stunned. Eventually, with a heavy heart, Prem says his goodbyes and exits, while Rahi retreats inside, feeling deeply hurt.

In tonight's episode of Anupama, family conflicts deepen as Anupama confronts her loved ones. She criticises Dolly, explaining that Meenu's lack of respect stems from her attitude towards her husband, Sagar. She also calls out Pakhi for her inconsistent behaviour, noting how Pakhi once told her to stay out of her affairs, but now comes with complaints.

Anupama labels her son Toshu a "loser," frustrated by his ungratefulness despite her repeated support. She then questions Leela's loyalty to Vanraj, who betrayed the family yet expects her to uphold the marriage.

Meanwhile, at a party, Rahi takes on the role of waitress to earn money, which surprises Ansh, Mahi, and Pari. They all unknowingly drink spiked beverages and soon start acting out, leaving Prem worried about losing Anupama's trust. Leela angrily holds Anupama accountable for the ensuing chaos, intensifying the family's turmoil.
